Australian Delivery Rates

Order dispatch time is currently 3-4 business days plus delivery time.

Please note we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates or delivery timeframes, all delivery times are estimates only.

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Shippings costs vary depending on the delivery address, products ordered and delivery method.  Please see table below.

*All orders sent to Western Australia are subject to mandatory inspection and fees by Quarantine WA. These fees are included in all shipping costs above.
*Please note: The postage rates on this page are for orders placed through this website.  'Special' or 'custom' orders placed via email may attract different postage rates.

Economy Delivery

We'll use the most economical method to deliver your order.  Delivery times vary but are generally from 2-6 business days.

• Quick dispatch
• Smaller orders will be sent as letters via Australia Post (no tracking number) 
• Larger orders will be sent as parcels through Australia Post or another courier (tracking number will be included)

 Important notes for all delivery methods: 

• We will only process your order after we have received your payment.
• Orders to Western Australia and Tasmania may be subject to additional delays due to inspections by Quarantine.
• Dispatch and delivery times on this page are estimates only, we cannot guarantee delivery times as these can change for reasons which are beyond our control. We will not be liable for late deliveries or any loss, damage or cost incurred due to late delivery. 
• Postage rates are calculated on a per order basis. Orders to the same recipient and address may be combined at the time of dispatch at our discretion.

*Delivery Guarantee

We will replace any orders that are lost or damaged in transit however we will not replace or refund orders simply because they were delivered later than estimated.  The table below documents at what time we will consider an order missing for each delivery method:
