When will my order arrive?
Your order typically ships within 2-4 weekdays following payment confirmation.
Rest assured if there's a slight delay before you receive updates. During this time, we're diligently preparing your order.
Most packages are delivered within 10 business days. Delays in shipment typically lead to delivery within 15 working days. Reshipping occurs after 15 business days.

For years, we've been delivering cannabis seeds, and we've figured out the best method to ensure safe delivery. You won't find any references related to seeds on the packages you receive.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order fails to arrive, we’ll reship your seeds again - at no cost to you!
Our reshipping conditions are:
- Most packages reach their destination within 10 business days. Delayed deliveries generally arrive within 15 working days. Re-shipping happens only after 15 business days have passed.
- Should your order not show up within 10 business days, kindly contact us. If you do not, we'll mark the order as received after 15 business days have elapsed.
- We carefully print the shipping address you provide. Incorrect addresses may cause missed deliveries for which we won’t re-ship for free, but you will receive a discount code for your next purchase.
- If we have to re-ship your order, you will receive the very same seeds you initially ordered.
Is delivery really free?
Absolutely! Shipping is free for all orders placed.
What if my seeds are crushed?
In rare cases, your seeds might get damaged during mail delivery. If this occurs, please take a clear photo of the seeds in their original packaging and send it to us. We'll promptly arrange for replacement seeds.
What if I use a forwarding address?
We guarantee delivery of your products to the address provided with your order. However, we cannot control mail forwarders, so we don't offer re-shipments or refunds if an order gets lost through such a service.

If you purchased several types of seeds, the abbreviations and codes on your seed packaging might occasionally be confusing. We have a list of references to assist you in understanding the abbreviations and codes.
